This technical memo is very interesting reading. I appreciate how the memo covers levels of service for 2018 and predictions for 2038 and provides level of service ratings. Will be interesting to receive public feedback.

View conceptual designs of a full intersection upgrade at West Saanich and Prospect Lake/Sparton. An Open House will be held November 13 at 5358 Sparton Road from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. staff will be onsite to hear feedback and answer questions.
