    At The Coalition, we’re made up of a diverse team of people sharing a common vision for making groundbreaking games. We’re proud to support Kate Rayner, our brilliant Technical Director.

    Dear Colleagues & Games Industry friends, There is something personal about me that I want to share with you. This is something I have been carrying inside for many years and am finally ready to tell you. So here it is: I am transgender. My gender identity is female This may come as a big surprise, but I hope you can trust me in my identity and decision to come out. My family on all sides have been accepting and supportive, and for that I am so grateful. In spite of the challenges you might expect from navigating this, I am happier, internally more at peace, fully present and optimistic in a ¬way I have not been before. The support I have received from Microsoft has been amazing. I am so excited to continue to in my role at Microsoft as the Studio Technical Director at The Coalition, creating amazing games for everyone. I am so happy to introduce you to all of me.     Re-up update: The team have rolled out fixes to resolve a number of issues. We are aware and are working on store issues and investigating a fix for users who were re-up 24 and 25 prior to the update. Find the revised re-up table and more details here:

    Service update: Some of you trying to re-up may not be able to currently, this is simply server load as we're handing out all the retroactive rewards, it'll lighten up as the day goes on, we're also investigating the issue with store purchases.

    PSA: Today's re-up update at 10AM PT will be split into two parts: ⚙️ At 10AM PT you will receive your new re-up rank and rewards ⚙️ At 11AM PT, you'll be given your retroactive re-up rewards This will be a staggered release, so please be patient as we roll this out to you all.

    With today's title update we disabled the in-game text chat by default, we've done this to create a safer and more comfortable environment for all of our players. If you wish to enable text chat, you can do so by going to Options > Game > Text Chat.
