good luck today @lisrunning the Hardmoors Princess Challenge 17.5 mile Middle Distance event in Ravenscar North Yorkshire. Not for the faint hearted this run all in aid of mountain rescue takes in Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay on the Cleveland Way!

A great respectable result coming out of Glasgow for Garry finishing 9th in his age group, 5th GB and 76th overall. Reports in that the swim was tough and couldn’t get going on the bike but settled in and had a strong run to finish.

The biggest race of his season to date, and our very own chairman and coach, lines up against Europe’s best, in the ETU European Sprint Distance Tri Champs this morning in Strathclyde country park outside Glasgow we hope to have results in shortly after 10am.

Garry and Gavin travelled the short distance down the coast to take on the Redcar Sprint Distance Triathlon which doubled as a World Champ Qual. finishing 21st overall 4th in AG in 1:05:38 In 1:14:16 1st is. 1st in AG 114th overall Great racing G - Force

great results from Ellerton Super Sprint this evening. Continuing his great form, another podium for 2nd behind Craig Boggon from Muckle tri and Paul Brown of Cleveland 3rd. 12th out of the water, Garry posted the fastest bike split to return into transition in 3rd

And Finally! To top off what has been a fantastic weekend of racing for Coalfields Tri this weekend, young Amy Leonard crowned it a super performance at Ripon today Amy came 4th today, 1st from the North East by over a minute and 1st athlete in without a name on her bum.
