Coaches are accustomed to feeling like they are in control. The uncertainty of Covid makes this a tough time. Remember to control what you can control, and don't create unnecessary stress around the things you can't control. Be flexible and look for the silver linings.

Such a great point. Begins with self awareness but the meta-ability to self-regulate in the moment and review afterwards all parts of the ongoing feedback loop for iterative improvement
