“I’ll do what I can to create as much chaos as I possibly can, but my chaos is always well-natured or has a positive goal at the end of it. When I start causing chaos in a situation, it’s because the situation really needed to be changed.” - Joe Strummer

Amazing day at the Junior Trials - with great turnouts in both groups. Fantastic to see so many new faces from all over with our existing members - and great to speak with parents who are SO positive about being a part of our club!

Just need to say a massive thank you to ’s friends & partners . Appreciate this probably isn’t the best picture, but to speak yesterday saying we were looking for some more balls and they arrive within 24 hrs is just plain awesome!

Focus on your team, your effort, your attitude, your culture, your systems, your preparation, your execution and your customer service rather than on your competitors. As the legendary John Wooden would advise, ‘Don’t worry about them. Let them worry about you.’

Recruiting is a tough game but I always tell players and parents watch out for those who choose to negative recruit. Who emphasize putting down another program / coach to make them look better. Those people you don’t want to be apart of. Trust me!

Today I’ve driven: Brandon-Ipswich-Brandon-Thetford-Mildenhall-Lakenheath-Beck Row-Newmarket-Bury St. Edmunds-Thurston-Culford-Brandon. I’ve been interviewed for the Radio & distributed about 50 posters for our club trials. I’m exhausted - but insomnia is hitting hard right now.
