Your DNS record is gray-clouded (not proxied by Cloudflare), so Universal SSL Certificate was not used at the edge. Cloudflare Origin CA certificate was used instead - but it is only meant to secure connection between Cloudflare edge and your origin. ^fa

The Error 429 is due the rate limiting on changes to the profile settings. If you wait for one hour you should then be able to change your email. Can you please confirm that’s the case?

429 errors are caused by rate-limiting. This is usually because we have seen too many unsuccessful attempts to login to your account in a short period of time. Please try again after a few hours. ^fa

These firewall rules are for blocking crawlers that attempt to impersonate legitimate crawlers. A legitimate Google crawl will not be blocked by these rules. ~PW
