Today is Earth Day & after hearing at an event, I've been even more inspired to cut down on my use of plastics. So much plastic ends up in the sea & the harm it does to sea life is heartbreaking. I'll be cutting down on at least 50% of plastic use - you can too!

Happy ! Ever feel overwhelmed by how to be greener? Don't forget, small changes make a BIG difference. Switch water bottles for ones and fill with tap water. Its accessible, greener AND healthier - we'll drink to that!

While the plastic-free bells have been ringing out today in the U.K., I’ve been in Brussels, flying the flag for the movement with pioneering members (and maybe squeezing in an ice-cream). ☀️💧☀️

My technicolour beach clean. Just some of the items picked up from Cornish beaches last week. It's great that plastic straws, stirrers and cotton buds are set to be banned in England but how do you stop everything else ending up in the ocean?
