Galveston is under a coastal flood watch beginning Thursday morning until Friday afternoon. Expect high tides beginning Thursday and possibly into the weekend.

Galveston is under a Tropical Storm Watch. The City is anticipating high tides Thursday and Friday. The National Weather Service is forecasting tides 4-5 feet above mean low tide. This could cause coastal flooding and potential street flooding.
