“Most transparent admin in history.” Except for: His tax returns His refusal to speak with the Special Counsel His hush money payments His Attorney General trying to spin the Mueller report ahead of time Need I say more?

Wow. "North Korea issued a $2 million bill for the hospital care of comatose American Otto Warmbier...The main U.S. envoy sent to retrieve Warmbier signed an agreement to pay the medical bill on instructions passed down from President Trump."

This has practical implications - if Russia is PNG-ed from POTUS discussions it is pretty clear he's not hosting a lot of election security meetings based on actual intel.

Vs. the UK - also known as one of our closest intelligence partners. Maybe before / during his state visit to the UK the President will he briefed on trusting the 5 Eyes Vs his 2 eyes watching television.

So we're insecure because is insecure? Censoring content on a strategic threat means is abrogating his responsibility to protect us because of his own ego. Never heard Obama tell us to censor content, esp on major threats

Cut thru the bullshit: 5 days since the Report hit, it's still clear that: Trump knew about & encouraged Russian interference. He lied. And lied. And lied. He directed everyone else to lie. He obstructed justice. You're either ok with this behavior, or you're not. I'm not.

I can't stress enough the extent to which Trump's base now lives in an alternative info environment and who can blame them? Everyone is lying to them. Trump. His team. Many right-wing commentators. Congressional Republicans. The GOP. Fox News. This is a huge long-term problem.

On Sunday, Kellyanne Conway wouldn’t even acknowledge Russia helped Trump. And Rudy Giuliani effectively said it was fine if they did. Today, Jared Kushner said the attack was no more than a few Facebook ads. There is no patriotism in Trump’s GOP. Only cowardly opportunism.

While may have been ad-libbing on TV - Kushner’s flippant comments about the scope and scale of Russia’s attack indicate that the Trump team continues to minimize the Russian threat.

This underscores why Russia preferred Trump as a candidate. If the President’s senior advisor thinks Russia just used ads he either didn’t read the report or available intel - or just doesn’t care.
