Our loco 97205 (D5581/31163) has returned to Chinnor today after her spring travels (with thanks to our friends ). A problematic turbo will be the next project for our maintenance team over the next few weeks.

We’d love to but it’s not as easy as it sounds. We don’t have enough volunteers to run a daily peak service so would need to hire in paid staff while commuters would want compensation for delays, as per mainline operators. Also mainline operators have priority to the Thame branch
