Belated congratulations on your Pulitzer Prize! Even more important than the Prize itself are the results of your reporting.

Enjoyed my visit this morning with the professionals serving us at the 911/Emergency Ops Center in West County. They are true "First Responders."

The former Chrysler property is on high ground. Never has been flooding there. Now, the Soccer Park along the Meramec River is a different situation...

It would be great to have Major League Soccer come to our community. If the downtown stadium plan falls through, we need to explore having it built at the former Chrysler plant location in Fenton.

The strategy of Better Together to purchase support for their flawed plan will ultimately fail. County NAACP endorses merger — then its president admits he's paid to advocate for it via

I think would have been proud of how well versed my students were today during our debate on the city/county merger! These future voters learned a lot about an important political topic for our region.

Bob's change benefited Bob only. All county retirees are being penalized in my situation. You want to run for a county office? Turn off your pension, then you can serve. ONLY county retirees suffer this penalty for serving in an elected county office.

Totally different . Please read the Post story. He was trying to get state & county pensions. I'm trying to decline receiving a second pension. Being told I can't refuse it; causing my only pension (that I already earned) to be shut off.

stated his concerns back in January about merger. Suddenly, just a few hours after the feds drop their subpoenas, Better Together has an epiphany about his concerns & drops the county executive from being the appointed leader of the new Metro City?

. , who has experience with investigations into STL County government, said there could be a long gap between the issuance of subpoenas and any decision from the U.S. Attorney. Bottom line? Months of potential uncertainty:

He's using police data from "the study" which was conducted in 2014. Much has changed in the past 5 years in policing in the county.

First slide is horribly inaccurate. 90% of police agencies in the county are now accredited or in the process of being accredited. Nationally, approx. 7% of LE agencies are accredited.
