Hi Simon. Unsaturated oils (like olive oil or sunflower oil) are generally a better choice for cooking with than saturated fats (like palm or coconut oil). We've got more information here:

Hi Nina, the swaps are for foods and drinks that can be high in sugar, saturated fat, or salt. Often snack foods can fall in to these categories, but of course lots of other foods can be less healthy too!
