Haha fair! I know agency pals who have a tough time of it with clients. It's a shame clients don't value expertise but I guess they just think their brand is so awesome it defies all the rules

Surely it's established enough by now that credible publications don't do it that the PR should manage expectations and explain to client without hassling journo? Links undermine integrity of article and therefore its value. A Pr should know that without being told.
