I think people need to start their own in their local area or join in with what's happening already. We just started ourswith no idea just how great the need was. Being with other parents is by far the greatest support we have had personally. They truly get it.

Yes there are some suitable schools just not near us and she wouldn't be able to cope boarding or a 90 minute journey each way every day.

You are so right. It takes inclusive leadership and an inclusive school which means a rethink for many and particularly the Dept for Ed.
