Even though Taylor is getting older and isn’t a baby anymore ,I have to admit it made me feel good when she asked to hold my hand while in the dentist chair.

Read the entire article that highlights all issues not just cherry pick to make your point. Call a tax attorney and ask if it’s a real issue or not.

We are still working on fixing those issues. Taxing two residences at different rates raises constitutional issues. So if it went to court there would less money for MTA while this worked it’s way through courts. Everything is not a conspiracy. Geez

Amazes me how people can’t take a win for $350m for the MTA and somehow make it out to some back room deal. There were some legal issues raised that all sides the Gov, Senate, Assembly and the City had with administering the Pied a tiere. But every movie needs a villan

Did my good deed for the day. Someone who used the ATM machine before me left their card in the machine. As I was trying to go to security to turn in the card I found the gentlemen who left the card. He was very grateful and appreciative.

Hmmmm...if the majority dems don’t win campaigns you won’t be in position to govern. And each of your issues the Assembly has passed year after year after year. I congratulate you on your passion. That’s what makes democracy strong.

Today I was able to to visit my family at the Boston East Senior Center. Knowing our community’s seniors have a place that is safe and close to home that provides them with the resources they need reminds me of why I chose to serve!

If anyone even bothered to read his PAC filing, which this event was for, they’d see contributions to not only senate and assembly but also to Tish, congressional candidates and progressives like Andrew Gillum and Stacey Abrams. SMH

Thank you to members of our conference past & present who've carried bills and fought for better housing laws on behalf of hardworking NYers. We're building on their work & advocacy. I look forward to enacting the strongest rent laws ever here in NY.

Too many families are forced out of neighborhoods they shaped because of rising rents & property owners chasing profits over people. Displacement from one community means more competition for affordable housing in neighboring communities.

The has championed expanding & strengthening rent protections. In the budget, we made the property tax cap permanent to give homeowners stability . We need to provide that stability for by reforming rent & tenant protection laws
