Low QRS voltages, poor R wave progression/what looks like a pseudo-infarction pattern. I’ve seen similar ECGs in some patients with amyloid.

Having lived in the US for a number of years I can only say that people in the UK have no concept of how expensive a US insurance based system really is. And the consequences of being uninsured are truly grim.

I’m on a train to Oxford and was sitting next to 3 ladies from America I was explaining how our works YES we pay taxes AND it’s not flawless BUT the fact that we can have complex surgery and cancer treatment etc without paying insurance/premiums BLEW THEIR MINDS

Turned up for a temp job a couple years back. Had 16 pts on my list. When I queried it with the manager she just shrugged. Most had significant valve disease & immobile. I think I nearly cried at one point. Told them their clinic was unsafe for pts & staff. Never went back.
