When is it going to be safe to walk, bike, or motorcycle, our roads, without irate drivers plowing us down? Give us our on safety lanes with K Rails, etc..... We can fix the traffic jams, if we thought we would get home in one piece, and ALIVE!

I'm seeing on social media that the driver has been found, but can't seem to reach anyone at South Traffic who can talk to me about this case. Do you know if the driver was apprehended and if there will be an announcement made? Thanks!
