There's not a normal unfortunately, as every customer (and even cartridge set to cartridge set may give different results), as documents are typically different and ink coverage of the document itself can vary. Ink is also used to maintain print quality which does... 1/2

... the EU and isn't not covered by the European Warranty, so is a chargeable repair. We've asked them to contact you so you can discuss the requirements of the invoice/estimate and they will be in touch as soon as they can. Thanks 3/3

...by the European Warranty. We've passed on the repair ref number you've supplied & asked the team to locate the repair in the system and call you. They will be able to confirm what information you need and provide more information about the reasons for the cost. Thanks 2/2

As we've previously mentioned, if the team are advising there is a charge involved, this would be for one of 2 reasons. Either, the issue is caused by factors not covered by the warranty, or the product was purchased outside of our approved retailer network & isn't covered... 1/2

Can you advise which online retailer the product was purchased from? We've sent the reference number to the repair centre at Elstree and asked them to locate the repair info and contact you.

If the repair is chargeable, the team would have concluded the repair is either not covered under warranty, or the camera isn't covered by the European Warranty. If this is your personal mobile number, we'd suggest deleting this tweet as this has been posted... 1/2
