Hi Deima, the printers are kitted up in a central warehouse and distributed throughout Europe which means there's a quick start leaflet in the box, for the different languages. We do look to reduce waste where ever we can and will pass this onto the print team. Thanks.

A learning experience indeed! It is very different to digital isn't it and you really do realise how much it's changed. It is good that it makes you slow down, be much more considered and think before you press the shutter though. Good habits to take back to digital!

...and try the pairing process, may help but it sounds like the team may need to do some digging into what's happening and why the camera isn't visible when connected to the tablet. 2/2

We're not sure unfortunately. If it's not disconnecting from the camera when you go to the app, it should detect it and ask you to confirm the connection, as you would have needed to on the phone. Deleting the app, regarding the tablet then installing it again... 1/2

...as it has no internet (and we need to confirm we do)? Does your tablet display anything similar or when you check the network, are you still showing connected to the G5X-240 network? 2/2

Can you also check that the tablet isn't disconnecting from the network between opening the app, as it doesn't have internet connection? The notification can vary but on a Pixel running Pie for instance, we get a notification asking if we want to stay connected... 1/2

Hi, if it's mentioning unknown SSID, this would suggest it's not connected to the cameras Wi-Fi network. Could you follow the steps in the manual (available here: ) on page 137 underneath 'Adding a Smartphone using the Wi-Fi menu' and seeing if... 1/2

Hi, so we can be sure we understand the camera you have, would you be able to confirm the model name? Was it the PowerShot G5 X, the IXUS 240 HS or is it both you own? When you try to connect it to the Galaxy Tab, can you let us know what step in the process is causing problems?

...will be installed at the same time. For instance, going to the EOS 800D software tab here: offers a solution disc for download (which would need updating to very latest versions) or EOS Utility as a standalone program. Thanks 2/2
