The i-SENSYS MG640 Series does include 3 models () but if you need an ADF, the i-SENSYS MF643Cdw would be a good option and would give you the option to print double sided vs the previous model.

Hi, if you're having issues with an order from our store, you'd need to contact the store team on the details here: who will raise an investigation with UPS. This process takes 3-10 working days and they will contact you... 1/2

Hi Nick, when you use crop mode you're capturing the centre of the sensor and on the EOS R5, the resulting image is approx. 17.3 megapixels (5088×3392 resolution), and quality should be the same as cropping the same area from a 'full size' image.

Great photos there Nick and glad to hear you're getting on so well with the camera, the speed and accuracy of the AF is definitely something that's being mentioned a lot!

Hi Cam, based on the datasheet for the printer here: , it mentions the ADF has a 50 sheet capacity. In terms of if it's suitable, what were the main features you were after and what are you planning to use it for?

Just as with the EOS R5 though, lead times may vary by retailer as it will depend on the number or orders they've taken and the stock they get through, but as it stands currently, and it could change, they should get the first stocks at the end of month.

One more thing too, we'd asked the team about the RF 100-500mm F4.5-7.1 L IS USM when you did yesterday and they've just got back to us and advised it's retailers should start receiving stock at the end of the month, so will fulfil orders as soon as they can.

No problem and great news! Stock will filter to retailers at different times, but glad you managed to get them both. Any other questions, do let us know.

Hi Jonathan, we'll pass on your feedback. The stock planning and account teams are already working as hard as they can to get stock to clear back orders. Retailers will get information when it's available and confirmed, and they will provide you with updates when possible.

Hi Ben, the software you're referring to is called Canon EOS Webcam Utility which as you mentioned, is under beta testing in the USA. This is compatible with the camera (it's called the EOS Rebel T7 in the US), but the software is not currently available... 1/2

That's correct, you can update them via the EOS R and it won't cause any problems.

Hi, as you've mentioned these updates are primarily for when they are used the EOS R5/EOS R6 for stabilisation purposes rather than general performance. We'd recommend updating firmware when it's available (and when you have time) but isn't time sensitive when using with EOS R.

Hi, we're sorry to hear of the delay in speaking to someone. The level 2 support team will do their best to contact you as soon as possible, but as a guide it can take up to 5 working days. Thanks.

It may just have been a temporary problem by the sounds. Glad to hear it seems to be working this time, let us know if you do have any problems though.
