When my phone was stolen in SF last year, they immediately powered it down to stop Find My iPhone. Settings idea: "Shutdown Requires PIN"?

if you press and hold the power and the home btn at once for about 10 secs, it will shut down. And this is a necessary function.

Easy. Make that do a reboot, not a shutdown.

also: you can activate Airplane mode using Siri and through control centre. Both should require unlock code.
