Langford's Fire Chief tells us five thousand liters of furnace oil and gasoline was on board the tanker truck in this morning's crash on the Malahat. He tells us that thatfuel has now all been removed fom the scene.... reducing the fire risk.

This is Nick Zsiros from the Comox Valley. This morning his wife and 2-day-old baby were airlifted to Vic General because the baby was having difficulty breathing. He's been stuck in Malahat traffic waiting to go see them for hours. He is now 5 cars away from Mill Bay ferry.
