It looks like you're using the Gmail app based off of your screenshot. Do you have conversation view turned on in the app? Emails with the same subject line will display grouped together this way if it's turned on. ^FP

Hi Amir. There are certain functionalities within different email clients such as auto-collapse that can make it seem like the unsubscribe link is hidden. An unsubscribe link is included in every email that is sent out from our system.

Hello. Great question! If a contact were to use your sign up from using the same email address this would update their contact info (like a name change) on your end instead of adding a duplicate contact. ^AS
