How intimate it was really was the takeaway for me. It felt very welcoming for a first timer there, and I had some of the best convos with people I knew about but I'd never met. Haven't gotten that at other conferences.

Agreed! The evergreen issue is how to expand (because we’re cool and people should want to hang out with us) while maintaining the intimacy that makes the meetings so fun and productive.
