I've seen him compared to Berlusconi too, but the problem with that comparison and the Netanyahu one is I'm not sure he's as hardworking or as cunning as either which puts us in increased danger of falling into No Deal by accident IMO

One you get to that level of population the chances of it changing meaningfully are extremely small due to the law of large numbers. So it should basically hit every demographic and voter group basically equally.
