Oh yes! Each pack was raising funds for TV e chairty of their choice. The “tree” that had the most donations won. This one was a 3D version of the new logo

The Scouts, largest co-ed youth organisation in the world, started in the UK and is pretty iconic. The “Bob-a-job” fundraising campaign from the 40s-90s is still talked about, although now we have our “a million hands” community impact initiatives

Macmillan Nurse (1975) - the first “Specialist nurse” which has now become key for many long term conditions eg Parkinson’s. Also Macmillan led the campaign to get rid of prescription charges for cancer patients.

Another brilliant piece. Currently trying to get ACP/palliative care in place for my dad (89) but most of the health care professionals seem shocked that we want to talk about how he wants to die and not just more interventions to prolong, but not improve the quality of, life 😢
