It happens every time! I walked past the Urban Chandelier, the sun was shining, the wind was blowing gently and little reflections of light were dancing on Cherry Street. It makes me smile EVERY TIME!

Urban planning=designing the spaces between buildings. On Friday I (Teresa) was reminded of just how important it is to plan the "in-between". TN Aquarium on field trip day at noon. Happy kids, playing safely in all the wonderful spaces between two great buildings!

Did you know that in the early 1980s, there were plans to demolish the Walnut Street Bridge? This invigorated a group of Chattanooga residents who began an effort to save the bridge. Now that is urban design and community action!
