Final ep of Unfinished is out tonight - and it concludes with a bombshell. Odd thing about this case - huge developments always occur right at the last minute. Was up rewriting, recording & editing the ending into the wee hours last night. Catch up at:

Today’s is the last proper episode - number 8. There may be a bonus episode, interviewing a particular person - but that is undecided so far.

I sponsored a film about 8yrs ago, which came out over 2yrs ago, and I still haven’t received my reward. So I got disillusioned with Kickstarter and gave up years ago.

As more links between Havering Council and the investigator it has appointed to probe gerrymandering allegations, the authority insists there is no conflict of interest.

Removing the only incentive for offenders to plead guilty, will make the backlog infinitely worse (if that’s possible). “So let me get this straight; 10 years on a plea, or 10 years after a trial. I’ll try my luck with a jury thanks”.

You could not make it up. Even the cover-up is incompetent.

A victim of the Shoebury paedophile ring breaks his 30yr silence & leads a local reporter to a Southend house with a red door. The visit uncovers a link to 3 of the UK's most notorious child killings. Unfinished: Shoebury's Lost Boys. Episode 7 - out now:

This narrative conveniently deflects attention from the facts of the case & creates a politically expedient diversion. Many dark, powerful forces would be only to glad of an opportunity to impede reporting on the justice system. Public supporters are turkeys voting for Christmas.

It is outrageous to demonise journalists for fulfilling one of the most basic and necessary roles in any free democracy, which is reporting on court cases. Anybody who seeks to curb reporting on the justice system is either an absolute fool or a malevolent force.

Prosecutions are brought with public money, in public courts, as they are deemed to be in the public’s best interest. Media have a legal entitlement to report & scrutinise prosecutions. Reporting from court is a necessity, not a frivolity, for any functioning democracy.

Police were called to a bloody crime scene and told by the boyfriend that she had tried to kill him. He later withdrew support, as DV victims often do, but a public interest test and evidential test were met to continue with a prosecution.

Every offender charged with a crime wants their case withdrawn. Police, prosecutors and the media are being demonised but I have yet to see a single shred of evidence anywhere of any wrongdoing. This inquest has been hijacked for political purposes.

Sadly, my experience of coroners has been that they loathe openness, transparency and scrutiny, and will use every trick in the book to try to operate secret courts. This is a highly irregular verdict and I can’t help but question the motives behind it.
