Because what they did was sneak in Sec. 2305.011, which prevents ANY PERSON from representing nature or an ecosystem. It also prevents what you can and cannot do with regards to claims and filings.

Last week, the judge allowed the State of Ohio to intervene in the case but not the group, the lake, or even residents who voted to pass LEBOR. Yesterday, the Ohio House of Representatives decided to be the first state to EVER MENTION RIGHTS OF NATURE! YAY! Well, no, not yay.
