How well managed is your diabetes? As my general state of mind is better, I would like to think that my Diabetes is quite well managed at the moment. I’m not following the XPERT advice 100% yet, but have made what I feel are significant changes already.

Did you make changes when you were diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes? The GP wanted me to go on medication but I decided to try lifestyle change first. Within a couple of days I completely changed how I was eating I also started trying to be more active

Did you make changes when you were diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes? At first I lived in denial and didn’t make any changes. I have now joined my local gym and signed up to do a 5k run (this is something that is taking me totally out of my comfort zone).
