Amazing, thanks so much Dawn! You're helping children get the opportunity to grow healthy and strong, and with match funding your fundraising will help twice as many people. Not sure that will make the migraine hurt any less, but hopefully it'll make it a bit easier to cope with!

Neil and Laura from the overseas development charity CAFOD came in today to talk to us about their work. They’ve done some research which found the UK government spends TWICE as much on fossil fuels as renewables – how shocking is that?!

CAFOD are inspiring people to give up something this Lent. You could be doing a traditional fast, or you could try and make that lifestyle or environmental change you’ve been considering for a while. Let us know what you're giving up for Lent. \

We've heard of people giving up 1 or 2 treats for Lent, but Hal and Cherry from have really taken it up a notch - they've given up all foods beginning with the same letters as their names! What's your ?
