Tell me your Weirdest eating/drinking habit you had as a kid! . I’ll go first: When I was like 8 years old, I used to carry a little bottle of apple cider vinegar around wherever I went, taking a swig every now and then like a lush w/his flask.

Because the first bite of any apple is the best (which I firmly believe to this day), as a kid I once took a single bite out of every apple in a bag and then hid the bag in the basement.

Because we only had red delicious apples in the ‘70’s I did the same thing with the bumps on the bottom - put the bad ones back in the bin

My daughter does this, puts them back in the bag then gives the bag to me. She's almost 2.

Reading that story when I was a kid was the first time I ever heard of that concept, and I was blown away because when Ramona explained her “logic,” her mom agreed that the first bite is best (wtf??!!?)
