Very pleased to see 2.36 on the risk register. Parents at Brooklands Primary School calling on to maintain a robust risk register (current version is laughable) have been served harassment letters.

...It's also worth bearing in mind that trusts are reminded in the Academies Financial Handbook of the requirement to follow the Nolan principles, which include openness.

New: Academy trust "failed to provide parents with full set of board meeting minutes," as required by its constitution. Many/most trusts are required to provide board minutes,agendas and background documents on request, their Articles of Association state.
