Ta. Anyway. I think the farmer next door wants to top it so it might save me a job.

I do because growing up with my Dad, walking in the Lakes, it's what he used and what I was taught. I once had to do a calculation at work to an American standard. I found it challenging!

Next question for you: Strimmer or brush cutter? 2-stroke/4-stroke (Hyundai)? Mower is a 20" Hyundai 4-stroke. I've got a pretty overgrown field to plough a path through.

Is it passive aggressive to add superscript numbering to emails to your MP when they fail to address the questions you ask?

Seems completely nuts that my parents couldn't stay this weekend but the guy fixing/certifying the log burner installation is totally legal.

I slept in a Ford Ka with the back seats flattened (with Nat). I didn't sleep well either!

I was recounting just the other day that my wife walked to the edge of CC and jumped before she'd ever climbed. Getting her back out () was interesting: "Can I hold on to you?" "Err, no, I'm not attached". (I'd flippantly described the descent route as trivial!)

Bound to happen TBH. We weren't intending to eat out this weekend but have had to cancel my parents visiting. Their car was literally packed and ready to go.

You know (and you ) I'd be less hacked off by having to cancel my parents visiting our new home after not seeing them since February if you hadn't acted with complete contempt for the public with respect to Dom!

Parents were due to visit us tomorrow in . Is it ok for them to still come if they drive from Barnard Castle (checking their eyesight of course)?

Well thanks very much but you know, I'm not so keen on receiving the desk legs if you've discontinued the top...

hello, I need to reopen a complaint (202909496) as I'm afraid you haven't rectified it. You're charging me for fibre when I had to switch to ADSL. The promised credit isn't on the bill (still charging me fibre).

Yup. It nearly didn't make it home as my bag unzipped during jumarring! I thought it was great until I tried snapping a sprightly kingfisher on the Don. One of us was too slow.
