The Silver Spoon packaging for the 5kg bags of sugar is plastic and has always been packaged in this way. Most other sizes are in paper bags and are fully recyclable.

We are working hard to remove plastics from our supply chain and this includes looking at recyclable packaging. Silver Spoon have signed up to and committed to the plastic pact which aims for all its brands to be fully recyclable by 2025
