Most will live 27,375 days (I wish you 10X this) and will have ~1,779,375,000 thoughts in a lifetime. 80% have a negative-positive asymmetry in thoughts. Social media has raised Negative potency to a level that is ~1000x to a baseline average of 1950. These are our thoughts.

The challenge will be parsing the signal from the noise. I pity whoever gets the 'pleasure' of reading my thoughts...

Fascinating, Brian. I'm trying to become more consciously aware and mindful of my thoughts as I've learned that thoughts lead to beliefs, beliefs lead to actions, and actions create your life/future.

Robi-Ann, I love it! Brilliance. We have this human operating system I call Paradigm that is encoded into us by Family/Society and then we have the inputs of life. The thoughts we have are echoes of the Paradigm and inputs. So vital to hear the inner conversation and to guide it.

Thank you, Brian. I value you as someone who's brilliant himself, lived an interesting life & has gotten to meet people like Dr. Wayne Dyer and others that I admire. You're right about the "inner conversation." Every day I'm grateful for what I learn on this journey.
