Wondering why didn’t factor in results from @ITF_Tennis $25K event in Cherbourg when calculating this week’s rankings, while they did factor in the $15K events in Portugal & Tunisia. won the title in Cherbourg, but her ranking didn’t move from 109.

Small thing, but an example of why remains among the best in this business: on difference btwn 15-0 & 0-15 in terms of how players approach a service game: likened it to the difference between ball one & strike one for a pitcher. So relatable for casual tennis fans.
