The only certainty this creates is that the solar industry is no longer viable in SK. Net metering means 1:1 credits this is a net billing program. Which is been proven to kill the industry in MB.

So, the new net metering program eliminates the rebate and reduces the amount Sask Power pays for the power by 50%. This will likely kill the solar industry in Saskatchewan. No doubt a Scheer government would approve.
