What if the game was never intended to be "kind". There's a market for incredibly difficult games and the studios that make them don't hide the difficulty from anyone. If the game isn't made for you then you shouldn't be playing it. Stick to the games designed for you.

Like From's games? Dark Souls, Sekiro, etc? The games for which the designer has gone on record saying that he wants everyone to be able to complete them, that they are for people who like persistence not people who are at a high skill bar, and he wants to find a better approach?
