While Bramwell Tovey’s doctors are pleased with how his treatments are progressing, he will withdraw from his performances at in order to rest and recover. We are grateful Leonard Slatkin will step in to conduct the July 23 and 24 programs, which will remain the same.

Just arrived Terminal 2. After customs by Duty Free at about 10:35 I hear man selling train tickets say loudly “I only sell to white Caucasians” - he’s ‘joking’ with a black colleague - I called him out on it - visitors need a better welcome to Britain than this.
