On the Seahawks' run defense: they've faced the fifth-fewest rushing attempts of any team. That's obviously helped the overall numbers. But they've also allowed the third-fewest yards per rush at 3.4. Last year's average was 4.85 (28th).

I’m sure that’s part of it. I’m also the willing to bet that the opposing teams know KNJ’s defensive scheme has glaring weakness in it.

That’s like claiming the patriots have a great defense. Stats are padded courtesy of playing 6 games a year in worst division in football.
