It's good but pricey! I prefer Xbox after years of using those, but my kids wore out both of my Xbox controllers recently, so I'm stuck using the Switch Pro until I get another one. If you don't have a Switch, I'd probably just stick to an Xbox controller.

Took the day off, screwing around with Watch Dogs London. Uplay still doesn't support Switch Pro controllers, wut. But if you add Watch Dogs London as a non-Steam game to Steam, and launch it via Steam, you can play with a Switch controller.

If you’re been trying in vain to buy an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 or RTX 3090, now you’ll be able to miss out on a free copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, too. CODBOCW features ray tracing, DLSS, Reflex, and other Nvidia tech.

RTX 30 uses the same NVENC encoder as Turing but adds AV1 DECODE support, and is generally considered superior to AMD’s, as EposVox’s vid a while back demonstrated very well. But AMD hasn’t said anything about the encoder in Radeon RX 6000 GPUs yet

Instead of making a straight news post, I decided to share timestamps of the live blog I did on Slack. Please enjoy my suffering as I tried and almost got Nvidia's RTX 3070 GPU (twice).

From a biz standpoint, it makes sense to reward your most passionate customers, the folks willing to buy every generation. It would only be FE anyway, custom cards handled by other retailers.
