It's a pleasure designing a garden that already has a sense of place - mature native trees, woodland buffer with bluebells, water...my role is then to work with and enhance what already exists. It can't get much better than that, can it!

Back on site today to check a few details for a large garden masterplan. Getting to know a site well is important, and it’s another opportunity to catch up with the client too.

Thanks Soph! Should say dodgy step! Obviously I’ve put in steps, but a much better tread/riser ratio. Just ordered the stone samples and contractor is off to site soon to familiarise himself with the job so ball rolling pretty fast on this one!

Presenting a today for a small Brighton to make it rental ready- disposing of the pond & steps. Instead we have an easy to access, simple layout. Climbers on trellis will provide plenty of screening for privacy. A larger terrace allows for outdoor dining.
