@BlizzardCS In Stormwind/Orgrimmar, phasing exemption is gone, and we can no longer see unpartied people in high pop areas. Intended or bug?

so I'm put into another phase, typical for zones, but SW was normally exempt from this, and now it has multiple phases.(2/2)
That is intended, Aiden. If an area has a high population another will be open for you so as to help with stability. ~V

Stormwind has been exempt from this rule for years. Why change now? I've never seen more than one phase in 4 years on my server.

There also hasn't been CRZ in Stormwind (on RP realms at least) since Cataclysm launched, meaning never. Why add it in now?

This will kill roleplay in cities, and everywhere else. No more big roleplay events, nothing. Fix this.
