Congratulations on your candidacy for Governor. I do hope your office stays laser focused on SCOTUS case Rutledge vs PCMA. Youve done such great job so far and now that Gulfside won the casino case you can move on from that too. Thanks for all you do!

I’m not sure how this company is is still able to operate in AR. How many egregious acts can one have and still roam free?

More reason patients should have a choice in where to receive their Rx from. These “specialty-mail order” pharmacies are just cash cows for PBMs with little to no oversight or regulation

Yet, we can’t charge fees to Medicare-Medicaid patients....

We’ve redesigned our layout-waiting room to prevent cross exposure of COVID patient to other patients or staff. COVID pt waits in car till testing RPh is ready. Same argument could be made for ID Dr on rounds normally. Now Chains may just let them wander thru store...idk

2/2 They will require retention of rx for X months to hit max agreed to price. Selfishly I would love to see u sell to an Indy at a fair market price. One who would care for your patients and do everything they can to build on your hard work.

1/2 That sucks! Wish you the best. Never a seller but as a buyer I think you could negotiate the entire deal on your own cut broker %. WAG and CVS acquisition teams are easy to get ahold of. Run the NCPA 3 analysis and go with the highest....

Yep it’s why some of us get so frustrated at those who just complain behind keyboards and don’t submit the surveys or MAC appeals or data to their Insurance Departments. People want the magic fairy to save them...save yourself!

Just don’t call rebates a “kickback” and everything makes perfect sense. Start with and work your way out to Manufacturers, Payers, Wholesalers, PSAOs, GPOs, DPC, 340B. Then call FTC and DOJ on anti-trust actions...

is it weird that I find pharmacy/the drug supply chain to be one of the most fascinating aspects of u.s. health care? it's one of the most complicated things i've ever encountered.

There you go, it’s PROGRAM that results in kickbacks thru restrictive networks and spread price billing via primarily PBM Owned pharmacies. It does very little to control costs and only results in restrictive access for your patients.

I must have missed that specialty pharmacy class. Why did we get shorted our specialty pharmacy class? Thoughts on not all pharmacists in community setting having the expertise for “specialty?”

Technically I do charge them a price. They just don’t pay it? Should I write that off as a loss on my taxes?

That’s the plan! They better bury us before the ruling otherwise next legislative session we will restore balance to patients and providers and can take a hike out of AR

Allow states to regulate PBMs across ERISA. Their game will change to maximize profits. Without a referee we stand no chance.
