Black people are not a monolith and yet our political system isn’t aware of that. This year feels like an exercise.

Black students with disabilities are often targets of police violence. I applaud disability justice activists who have been fighting against this form of targeting for years.

nOT TO Keep going on about this but identity politics were created by Black feminists to center the most marginalized, with an anti-imperialism, capitalist analysis. Its not just about electing Black people, its about changing the material conditions of Black people's lives.

A lot of what people call identity politics are really politics concerning representation.

I will not celebrate Harris as VP. I will ask why her choosing brings you joy after everything we have seen and felt and despite all we know. Bare representation is not freedom. And Combahee sure as hell didn’t find freedom in empire!

I’ve been seeing so much VIOLENCE online directed towards people perceived as enjoying “childish” things and it makes me so angry. We have the right to make ourselves feel safe and self sooth

Please boost! I want to start a fund to help non-binary and trans poc people who are having financial hardships. I just got kicked out of my home and wish there was something like this for me.

All bodies deserve comprehensive care. We must uplift and center fat bodies because they are more marginalized

As we talk about Blackness and Disability we have to talk about fatphobia as well because it directly impacts our care
