I have not worked this week, not because I don’t want to, but because is not letting me. All time slots have been unavailable. Only few hours are available on Friday and weekend. What are my options? How am I supposed to provide for my family?

I just got this response from Uber. They clearly blame it on My question is: How is this our fault that we are limited or unable to work? What is our answer to our kids, families, landlords, banks?
