Shutl online "lost parcel" form doesn't allow inputting any details. Tracking Number:- 1052798770987682 eBay User:- ukcables_42 Tracking claims "Signed by customer" but customer didn't receive and did not receive any card detailing whereabouts. Hermes told customer to contact me!

Well done ! 8th parcel lost in the last 10 months. Tracking claimed parcel signed for. Customer not left any card or details of supposed whereabouts! Customer told by Hermes to contact me.

Worst customer service ever! Booked a room through the IHG website only to find it cheaper . Notified under their "Best Price Guarantee" and they just made up a FAKE lower rate and claimed the rate didn't exist!!!

ID324564 - I want to know why you can't find YOUR OWN letter references and why your Glasgow branch did not forward my documentation? The replies you are providing do not relate to these questions! Continually repeating you cannot find MY details does not help!

ID324564 - I emailed "ukhelp@hsbc.com" as you suggested reiterating the whole saga of how HSBC cannot find any details of their own referenced letters and the HSBC reference numbers were highlighted in bold on line 5. Reply from HSBC - "can you provide the reference numbers?"

This is regarding 2 PPI refunds, which HSBC confirmed in writing, giving 2 account numbers and also 2 HSBC reference numbers. I also attended at HSBC's, Glasgow branch to have my identity verified. HSBC PPI Complaints say that the Glasgow branch did not forward ANY of the forms!

Have now spent over an hour on the phone to HSBC without managing to get any sensible reply of any kind. Despite sending me 2 letters, with 2 HSBC reference numbers and 2 additional HSBC claim numbers, HSBC claim that I'm not on their system!

Second time this week, same problem, same assistant, Helen, constantly needing help from other staff as she cannot operate any of the Post Office equipment. The letter was stamped, had the recorded label on it and also the weight marked on it. need proper staff training!

Various combinations of 3 assistants trying to send 1 letter. Was the same for the customer before me as well. However, the main assistant serving me, Helen, decided that it was my fault because she didn't see the large 2nd class stamp already on the letter.

Usual ridiculous service from Law Post . After waiting 20 minutes, 15 minutes to send 1 recorded delivery letter which already had recorded label and stamp on it. Second time this week with 3 assistants trying to work out how to send! Staff training needed!

As usual after the visit, internet speed dropped after 3 days and has got progressively slower each day. say everything internal and external is fine - SO WHY AM I STILL GETTING HALF MY "GUARANTEED" SPEED?

A street in North Lanarkshire has the fastest broadband in the UK! They won't be with then! Still getting less than HALF of my GUARANTEED speed after a week with NO SERVICE AT ALL!
