You'll be lucky to get a response from them this month let alone do the right thing!

Judging by all the replies to this, I think everyone agrees. DO NOT deposit with PokerStars until they get their act together. Absolute embarrassment.

Do you know if an account with them shows up on your credit file? Trying to keep mine pristine and untouched atm for a remortgage

Fair enough. I've had too many issues with Paypal account freezes to ever go back. Not many reputable third parties left but will look at Revolut

Need to look into Revolut. They classed as a current account or pre-paid debit card with extras? Can you not cut out Paypal?

Noticing less and less bookies now accept e-wallet/e-card deposits. Is this just a crack down on bonus abuse & duplicate accounts, or a more sinister move closer to open banking and increased surveillance? Or perhaps a bit of both?

Lie after lie by & now we know why he wouldn’t show his P/L. After stating profit it was proved this was incorrect. Now we understand the secrecy, he was making up to 30% off his followers loses! It never paid for him to win.

There is a section under 'contact us' where you can upload docs, but no real time help. From what I'm hearing and from personal experience, they are taking weeks to respond to people. Then if that response doesn't help, there's nothing you can do for more weeks. It's a joke

Yes, affiliate deals are usually 30% commission of the referred customer's losses for the life of the account

I have the software, the contact us page must have changed, there's no live chat on there now

I've been looking for live chat for over a week whilst logged in? Have they taken it down since?

Same. The hands coming out are insane. Played a lot of home games, I've had straight flushes, quads at least twice every game, tons of full houses.. Others couldn't believe the hands they were getting either. That just doesn't happen in real life

If you can find me a link or any get-to page that would be great. I've searched everywhere

Out of every betting site there is, takes the crown for the most diabolical customer service. Why? Because it is non-existent. Yes it's harder now, but NO live chat, NO phone number, NO email? Just an online contact form and no response in over a week. Shambles.

There's either a glitch in the simulation or I'm on shrooms.

Looks like a total mug punter/tipster and a bit of a tit too. 1.01 says he's deep in the red with 365
