In an ideal world yes, but there will always be games that slip through the market suspension. That's why cash out is the biggest cause of complaint nowadays. Difficulty is, after the cancelled goal it would be impossible to know if you'd have cashed out at a similar stage anyway

VAR has changed the game in respect to situations like this. Bookies will update markets according to their data feeds. These as we know, can now be changed after a 5 minute VAR delay. Cashing out is a secondary bet. I would accept their offer personally.

I have come across this scenario before, sometimes it can be a couple of minutes before a VAR check is even noticed. I'll never forget the United pen after the FT whistle! Bookies try to keep markets open as much as possible but cash out nowadays is a gamble within a gamble.

It looks like a valid complaint on the face of it, but tbh, I'm actually impressed with their response here. They've given a fair explanation, increased the cash out value and offered £50 credit. As the complaint involves a delayed VAR decision, 365 aren't at fault in this case

Follow their formal complaints procedure, request their source of settlement and ref number so you can forward to IBAS if necessary

Start a formal complaint, specify a complaint ref is required to forward their response to IBAS. Remind them it'll cost them £300 in fees.

So 3 years ago, how did they follow this law? And do you enjoy this new method of lengthy pauses after most goals to draw lines and wait to see if there's a toenail offside?

According to the new rules and subject lines drawn, yes. But who enjoys this? No real football fan. If the human eye cannot determine an offside then there can be no advantage gained can there?

The , , etc need to scrap the drawing of these stupid lines altogether. If three VAR officials cannot unanimously decide a player is offside using their eyes alone, then the attacker gets the benefit of the doubt. Sorted. Also revert back the old handball rule!

I'm no liverpool fan, but salah's gained no advantage from being a fly's cock offside. Great goal chalked by some twat in a dark room with a semi on from his control of football

How shit is football now. Pathetic officiating has completely ruined it. Pedantic jobsworths in the VAR room make it unwatchable.

Always amusing when people tweet stuff like this when they keep following said account. Why don't you simply unfollow? 😂🙄
