The student membership is as normal for anyone who has a student ID and the A-list is an offer for people who have an A-list card which is a discount card that we are in partnership with in Bournemouth, people on this membership have to send proof of having a card. DR

Hi Josh, I am sorry the televisions are out of order at the West Norwood leisure centre, however this is not what you pay for in your membership package. I will email the centre manager directly with your details so they can confirm when this issue will be resolved
