What is your definition of health? The World Health Organization (WHO) defines HEALTH as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

is wonderful for finding like minded people, for connecting with colleagues across the globe, for learning new perspectives on the world, for seeing photographs of countries and far away cities that you want to visit, and for spreading research + ideas far + wide.

I am so sorry to hear that. At least you could enjoy it for a day. It's still beautiful here in the suburbs of Boston!

We are all unique and special in our own ways. Sometimes we feel self-conscious about the things that make us different. But, those are the very things that give us power. If we embrace our uniqueness, we can use our strengths to help ourselves and to help others.

Sometimes picking up the phone+calling a friend is all you need to rest your mind+clear your head. This weekend is a good time to connect with family+friends. Maybe you haven't talked in a while, that's ok. Someone needs to take the first step to connect, why not you? 🙏

Sledding is one of my all time favorite activities in the snow. Living in New England, we embrace the snow and find ways to have fun with it whenever possible. It encourages our inner child to come out to play. Have you made a snow angel? That's some serious snow fun too!

Health is more than a healthy weight. Health involves stress resiliency, nutritious food, fun physical activity, high quality connections, love, and other things that nourish your body, mind+spirit. What would you add?

Don't compare your Chapter 1 to someone else's Chapter 20. Comparison is one of biggest causes of unhappiness. Respect your own journey.
