I started working on MechsterminationForce together with a friend and then expanded a bit more and peaked at 3 employees. But then depression and anxiety happened

I also still have a different game that the team worked on for 6 months last year before I shut down the studio, that I should finish someday...

I do actually have a title decided though, so no need for suggestions. Not sure what's stopping me from just announcing it properly

I'm guilty of this in Mechstermination Force. Knew full well it was bad but it was the only way I could make my ideas for an epic final boss work, in a game that's already only massive bosses

maaaaybe PC, PS4 unlikely. I still haven't actually seen any numbers for GC/MF on PS4, but regardless, one way of keeping projects small is to limit to one platform, even if multiplat might make sense from a ROI-perspective

Technically this might be my longest game from a single playthrough/speedrun perspective

Then again it's not really any smaller than Gunman Clive 1, the most successful game I've worked on. Though I won't go quite that low on price again

I'm curious how people will respond to this game once it's out. I'm still figuring out how to function as a person, dev and creatively. Doing small/quick titles like this feels more feasible than super ambitious games, as long as it's worthwhile for players, and financially

In the book NAUSICAA: WATERCOLOR IMPRESSIONS, Hayao Miyazaki penned commentary for many of the images. Here are a few of my favorites (thread):
